Job Description

At Gradient Financial Group, you'll take ownership of digital campaigns from concept to execution, designing high-performing funnels, optimizing user journeys, and driving real business growth across multiple channels. You'll collaborate with a fast-paced, creative team while shaping how financial services professionals attract, nurture, and convert their audiences. About Us Gradient Financial Group is a growing financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Luson Media, a full-service branding, marketing, and PR firm focused on helping financial services professionals scale through strategy, creativity, and performance-driven marketing. What You'll Do Build and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels, from lead generation to conversion Design and build high-performing email campaigns in marketing automation platforms (i.e. HubSpot), including nurture sequences, campaign sends, and automated workflows Collaborate with marketing and content teams to concept and produce campaign visuals, social graphics, and supporting design assets Create and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, SEO, PPC, and landing pages Work within and help evolve brand style guides to ensure cohesive visual identity across all digital touchpoints Resize, adapt, and repurpose creative assets across formats and channels (email, web, social, print Develop lead magnets and content offers that support audience growth and nurturing Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversions and ROI Manage campaign budgets, reporting, and overall digital strategy across initiatives Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, automation tools, and audience behavior Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates to internal teams and clients Represent the brand at events and help drive program adoption What You Bring 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign strategy, or growth marketing Strong understanding of marketing funnels, email marketing, and conversion optimization Experience with social media platforms, automation tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and paid media strategies Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable improvements Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience mentoring, training, or leading others - preferred Familiarity with the financial services industry - preferred Our Benefits Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits 4 weeks of accrued PTO, plus 9 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) 8 hours of paid volunteer time off (VTO) Ability to work in-office four days per week with one remote workday Ongoing professional development and training A collaborative team that values expertise, initiative, and growth Why You'll Love Working Here At Gradient, we set high expectations, but we back them with support, collaboration, and opportunities to grow.
