Job Description

3Q Investments LLC is seeking a highly driven, analytical, and results-oriented Digital Growth & Performance Specialist to own and optimize the performance of our ecommerce websites and online marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into analytics, identifying opportunities, testing strategies, and driving measurable growth through SEO, PPC, conversion rate optimization, keyword strategy, and data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for increasing website traffic, improving search rankings, optimizing advertising spend, and maximizing online sales performance across multiple digital channels. If you constantly find yourself asking "How can we get more traffic, more conversions, and better ROI?" this role is for you. This position is located in Lancaster, PA. A hybrid schedule will be considered after training. Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an Employment Visa at this time. What You'll Do Own website and marketplace performance metrics across Shopify, Amazon, and other ecommerce channels Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, search visibility, and website traffic Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Amazon, and other advertising platforms Monitor and improve key metrics including: o Website traffic o Conversion rates o Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) o Customer acquisition costs (CAC) o Average order value (AOV) o Search rankings o Revenue growth Analyze user behavior using Google Analytics, heat mapping tools, and platform reporting Develop dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable business recommendations Perform A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and recommend improvements Optimize product listings, category pages, landing pages, and website content for maximum performance Stay current on ecommerce, SEO, PPC, AI, and digital marketing trends Collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies and prioritize high-impact initiatives Continuously test, measure, and refine strategies to drive online revenue growth What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Ecommerce, or a related field preferred Strong interest in ecommerce operations, SEO, digital analytics, and online marketplace management Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms is preferred Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, search rankings, and website optimization Experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, or other reporting tools is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with large amounts of data and identifying trends Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Advanced Excel skills and data analysis experience are highly desirable
