Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an Enterprise Systems Specialist with strong ERP/CRM administration and development experience. The ideal candidate will act as the SME for enterprise applications, drive system optimization, support business process improvements, and develop reporting and integrations.

Key Requirements:
5+ years hands-on ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo strongly preferred) Strong Python development skills integrations and customizations, not just scripting Solid Power BI experience with the ability to build and maintain reporting independently CRM platform experience Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities
Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for ERP, CRM, and enterprise reporting systems
  • Configure and maintain applications to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Develop interfaces, dashboards, reports, and workflows using Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric
  • Assist with data integrity, migration, and integration between applications and business tools
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features and modules
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption and proper utilization of systems
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for ongoing reference
