12-May-2026 Manager - Customer Insights & Integration Full time Regular Job Description As a Manager, Customer Insights & Integration, you will help bring the customer voice into business decisions by leading and executing research, CX measurement, and translating insights into meaningful action. You will design and conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize findings and sentiment across multiple data sources, and identify patterns that inform business strategy and customer experience improvements. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are understood, relevant, and actionable, helping stakeholders connect the "what" to the "so what" and "now what." While this role is more hands-on in research and CX measurement, you will also contribute to shaping recommendations and influencing decisions within your business area. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team, and the recruiter or hiring manager will provide additional details during the hiring process. What you'll do Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, frame problems, ensure insights are relevant and actionable, and measure the CX results Design and execute primary research (qualitative and quantitative), and leverage secondary and syndicated sources to answer key business questions Analyze and synthesize research findings alongside behavioral, operational, and market data to identify meaningful patterns and insights Translate findings into clear "what, so what, and now what" insights that inform business decisions and strategies Support the development of insight-led recommendations and contribute to business strategies, roadmaps, and experience improvements Create clear, compelling storytelling and deliverables that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders Collaborate with internal data, analytics, and research teams to integrate insights and leverage shared expertise Build strong working relationships with business partners, contributing to trust and ongoing engagement Contribute to the broader Customer Insights & Integration and research community by sharing knowledge, learning from others, and applying best practices. Translate insights into clear 'so what' and 'now what' implications, driving alignment, action, and measurable business impact Contribute to the development and evolution of our enterprise customer strategy and deliver executive level storytelling grounded in robust research and evidence Basic qualifications 5 or more years of experience in customer insights, research, strategy, or related roles 3 or more years of experience designing and executing strategy or primary research across qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies 3 or more years of analytical experience with the ability to synthesize multiple data sources into clear insights Ability to translate data and research into actionable recommendations (what, so what, now what) Strong communication and storytelling skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and contribute to influencing decisions Preferred qualifications 7 or more years of experience in customer experience, research, or insights roles Familiarity with integrating research with behavioral, operational, or market data Fluent in using advanced analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills Skilled in AI or machine learning tools for research, data analysis and insight generation Experience leading or supporting business channels such as Retail, e-Commerce, Supply Chain, Contact Center, Services, or third-party Marketplace.
