Job Responsibilities:
Strong hands-on expertise in paid media (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), with the ability to interpret performance data and clearly translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Capable of operating independently within scope, demonstrating ownership, responsiveness to feedback, and adaptability without needing significant role simplification. Collaborate with North America go-to-market teams to understand upcoming campaigns and translate into channel strategies. Work closely with external media agencies to plan, review, and optimize media in alignment with business objectives. Drive briefing, adaptation, translation, and localization of North America creative campaigns and concepts into audience-specific and channel-relevant assets to be used in marketing campaigns. Strong communication with internal and external creative agencies, detailing creative development needs, timelines, and other relevant considerations for creative development. Serve as marketing team's liaison to the creative studio, tracking progress of asset adaptation and delivering finalized brand and legal approved assets to marketing and agency teams in an organized manner. Work closely with media agencies to report on performance of creative assets, sharing feedback and optimization recommendations with in-house creative studio to inform future adaptation and transcreation work. Collaborate with Global Brand team on tentpole campaigns and creative needs to inform future global toolkits.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
Experience developing and optimizing direct-response campaigns to maximize ROAS and CAC.
Preferred:
Experience managing social media budgets >$1M annually.
