Marketing Analyst

Job Title:

Marketing Analyst Responsibilities Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and governance of marketing data across systems. Collaborate with IT, Data, and Product teams to strengthen and scale marketing data infrastructure. Support the evolution towards a centralized marketing data environment and improve data flow into marketing platforms. Develop and scale automated reporting to provide a trusted view of marketing performance. Ensure consistent definition, calculation, and reporting of key marketing KPIs. Serve as the primary marketing advocate in cross-functional prioritization. Partner with marketing teams to prioritize and execute website and landing page improvements. Establish structured testing and optimization processes to improve conversion rates. Essential Skills Proficiency in marketing strategy, development, and technology. Understanding of SQL and Python for data analysis (coding experience not required). Experience with Salesforce software and Power BI. Background in marketing data infrastructure, tracking, and tagging. Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, SFMC, and analytics tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in marketing technology, operations, or analytics. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience working in a cross-functional environment across marketing, data, and technical teams. Background in digital marketing measurement and tracking. Work Environment This is a hybrid role based in Omaha, Nebraska. The marketing team consists of around 15-20 members.
