Electronic (Using your CalCareer Account) Job Description and Duties Under the direction of the Chief of Consumer Marketing and the Head of Brand Strategy and Integrated Marketing (Supervisor II), with the lead of the Senior Marketing Specialist, the Marketing Analyst II develops and assists in the execution of brand strategy, integrated marketing and various advertising projects. The Marketing Analyst II works in collaboration with marketing agencies and cross-functional teams within Marketing to coordinate marketing plans, media plans and creative assets that are utilized in the Lottery's integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels such as TV, video, radio, streaming audio, out-of-home, digital advertising, as well as social media, retail marketing, events/experiential marketing, sponsorships, and the Lottery's owned channels and platforms. The Marketing Analyst II is responsible for reviewing, providing feedback, gathering input, and gaining program approval of creative, scripts, copy, estimates, and various other advertising and marketing materials. This position is headquartered at the Sacramento Headquarters location and is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule. Employees must be able to report to their assigned headquarters office as assigned. Travel expense to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.
