The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that target Bright Horizon's client employees and center families. This individual will focus on the implementation of marketing and communication strategies to promote the use of Bright Horizons services. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Newton, MA. What you will be doing:
Support execution and implementation of customer email campaigns to drive registrations and utilization of Bright Horizons benefits Partner with CRM team to create suite of collateral templates and customized print and digital marketing communications for promoting Bright Horizons benefits to our customers Gather performance data for email campaigns and journeys; participate in data reviews with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams Develop positive ongoing relationships with peers and partners; working closely with Creative Services, Marketing Automation, and Product Marketing teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required - in marketing or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field 1-2 years of CRM or email marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong project management skills; results-oriented and highly motivated Detail-oriented with high standards for quality. Strong organizational skills required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Thrives in a team environment as well as in an individual setting Willing to adjust roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of an evolving and fast growing marketing organization Knowledgeable and adept at Microsoft OS, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook Experience with marketing automation, email marketing tools, and HTML print-on-demand systems, and providing creative direction a plus. Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $64,000-$74,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
