Grow Our Community:
Support mailing list growth strategies and list management best practices Collaborate with staff to refine communication strategies based on ability to segment different audiences (members vs. donors vs. alumni)
Who You Are Required:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with the ability to manage it independently, including contact databases, creating views, and generating reports Direct experience using nonprofit CRM systems in day-to-day operations, ideally with experience using the D365 Nonprofit Accelerator, Fundraising & Engagement, or similar nonprofit-focused Microsoft Dynamics solutions Detail-oriented and organized with a track record of maintaining clean, accurate data Skilled in segmentation and list management for targeted communications Comfortable with public-facing communication. You'll interact with members, donors, and supporters via email, and occasionally by phone Self-directed and able to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity Education should be commensurate with experience and skills
Prefered:
Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) Familiarity with SharePoint for document management and collaboration Background in membership management, or nonprofit operations Experience in the arts or cultural sector
Personal Qualities:

Flexibility:
Remote work with scheduling flexibility (Approximately 15-20 hours/week)
