Program Manager

Job Description:

The role of Program Manager focuses on developing the infrastructure and standard operating procedures (SOPs) necessary for implementing the Academic Research Initiatives (ARI) research impact measurement system. The position covers three key areas: Research Impact Measurement, Salesforce Infrastructure, and Data Readiness for Analytics.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers to build and enhance Salesforce infrastructure, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation for effective portfolio analytics. Design data models that support real-time portfolio dashboards and self-service reporting, ensuring high-quality, automated data processes without manual intervention. Organize, clean, and analyze structured datasets to translate data into clear insights, metrics, and narratives for stakeholders. Manage cross-functional projects with defined milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring successful implementation of new processes and systems. Develop and document standard operating procedures for scalable and repeatable workflows.

Skills:

Proven expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling. Strong data analytics experience, including organizing, cleaning data, and data storytelling. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and narratives. Experience in program or project management with a focus on operationalizing new processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics, program management, project management, or product operations. Salesforce or CRM management experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Advanced skills in spreadsheet analysis for reporting and quality checks. Process design and documentation experience for developing SOPs.

Work Environment:

The role is set in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. The work schedule follows regular business hours with a predictable cadence. The position offers high interaction with analytics, program, and technical partners, with potential for role extension based on performance and business needs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
