Salesforce Data Migration & CRM Integration Specialist (Contract) Location Burbank, CA 91501 Date Posted April 23, 2026 Job ID 14499 Employment Type Contract Pay rate $42/hour Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Salesforce Data Migration & CRM Integration Specialist (Contract) on behalf of a mission-driven global organization. This is a full-time, 12-week contract (40 hours/week), fully remote opportunity supporting West Coast business hours during a critical CRM transformation initiative.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Salesforce Data Migration & CRM Integration Specialist will support a complex transition from Neon CRM to Salesforce, including GoFundMe integration, with a focus on data integrity, workflow continuity, and system alignment. This role will serve as a key technical partner across the migration process, helping ensure clean data, effective system configuration, and strong operational readiness. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Salesforce migration experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support data migration efforts from Neon CRM to Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency Review Salesforce data structure, field mapping, and workflows to identify gaps, cleanup needs, and alignment opportunities Lead data hygiene efforts including auditing, deduplication, data validation, and naming convention standardization Assist with GoFundMe to Salesforce integration testing, reconciliation, and issue resolution Support user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and go-live readiness activities Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support post-migration adoption and consistency
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting or leading Salesforce data migration projects Strong skills in data cleanup, deduplication, reporting, and CRM data analysis Familiarity with system integrations, ideally involving fundraising or donation platforms Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders Experience in nonprofit, fundraising, or mission-driven environments is a plus
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This contract position offers an hourly rate of $40-$45/hour, commensurate with experience and aligned to West Coast market rates.
