Key Responsibilities of the Senior Real Estate Analyst Analyze portfolio performance, occupancy trends, leasing activity, and market conditions across a multifamily portfolio Develop revenue forecasts, financial models, and performance reporting for leadership Partner with Revenue Management and Operations teams to identify opportunities to improve asset performance Evaluate market conditions, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies Support lease-up communities through performance analysis and strategic recommendations Conduct portfolio reviews and provide actionable insights related to revenue growth and NOI improvement Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for leadership teams Assist in developing and executing revenue optimization strategies across multiple assets Translate operational and financial data into business recommendations that drive performance Qualifications for the Senior Real Estate Analyst Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field 3+ years of experience in multifamily revenue management, asset management, real estate analytics, portfolio analysis, or related functions Experience supporting market-rate multifamily communities strongly preferred Experience with Costar and/or Yardi Voyager a plus Experience analyzing occupancy, leasing, pricing, and portfolio performance metrics Experience with revenue management platforms, property management systems, and business intelligence tools preferred Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership teams Benefits & Growth Hybrid/Remote work environment Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Wellness and employee assistance programs Strong leadership development and internal promotion opportunities This Senior Real Estate Analyst opportunity is best suited for someone currently working in multifamily revenue management, asset management, or portfolio analytics who is looking to elevate their career and gain greater visibility, strategic influence, and long-term growth potential. #LI-TJ1 #INJUN2026
