JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Analyst is responsible for maintaining and managing the integrity of sales, pricing, product, supplier, and customer data across the organization's beverage portfolio, including beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic products throughout Rhode Island and/or Connecticut. This role serves as a key administrator and support resource for the company's ERP and sales systems, with a strong focus on data maintenance, pricing administration, reporting accuracy, and process support. The position plays an important role in ensuring accurate item setup, pricing updates, supplier programs, and reporting outputs that support supplier partners, Sales, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, systems-focused, and comfortable working within large datasets and fast-paced operational environments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS ERP
& Data Management Serve as a primary support resource and administrator for Encompass ERP Maintain item master data, pricing structures, supplier accounts receivable, supplier programs, and sales hierarchy information across multiple systems Perform routine data audits, validation, cleansing, and maintenance activities Support cross-functional departments with system-related questions and data requests Maintain documentation and procedures related to data management and reporting processes Reporting & Operational Support Generate and distribute recurring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including pricing, supplier, and sales reports Create ad hoc reports for Sales, Finance, suppliers, and leadership teams Supplier & Pricing Administration Manage supplier accounts receivable, including collections, and generate supplier invoices for various types of billbacks Maintain pricing files and ensure alignment between supplier agreements and ERP system setup Manage supplier price, cost, and cost support changes Process & Team Support Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes Assist with training staff on reporting systems and ERP-related processes Collaborate with Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, and leadership teams on special projects Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Finance, or related field Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with large datasets and business systems Preferred Qualifications Experience working in beverage distribution, wholesale distribution, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) Experience with Encompass ERP or similar ERP/reporting platforms Understanding of pricing management, supplier programs, and sales reporting processes Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate effectively with managers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams

MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS
Close mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing and analyzing data and figures, performing accounting work, using a computer terminal, AND/OR extensive reading.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Ability to position self to access objects such as filing cabinets, ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time, and ability to operate office machinery such as a computer or telephone, ability to communicate effectively and ability to do repetitive motions. The job is mostly sedentary.
