Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Integrate AI technology into the sales pipeline and bid tracking systems to enhance market share and profitability. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and set realistic targets.
Monitor pricing strategies, product performance, and market conditions.
Provide recommendations to improve sales processes and profitability.
Support the development of sales strategies through data-driven insights.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Support sale's efforts to drive new business with presentation data for new and existing customers. Additional duties as assigned. Research databases and websites for opportunities to load in pipeline Evaluate for probabilityFilter new opportunities for pipeline and sales targets Evaluate name changes/duplicates Load large new opportunities on large opportunities SharePoint for targeting purposes Distribute targeted new opportunities by region Pipeline Duties Establish a uniform quotes list for follow-up by sales staff Catalogue reported results weekly for executive review Track wins/losses by region, voltage, opportunities size, customer ext. and look for trends for margin improvement or market share gain/loss Track wallet share with major clients and large programs Evaluate win/loss ratio by client and look for trends or competitive advantages Customer Presentation Duties Provide data support for client relationship manager for detailed OTD, QC and other metrics as needed Analyze trends in program performance Drive value for Sabre by enhancing the presentation composition and highlighting our value propositions in manufacturing excellence, engineering and problem solving for clients

Scope of Responsibility:
The Sales Analyst is responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role works closely with the sales team, marketing, and finance to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.Essential Duties:

Position Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.Experience:
2+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or similar role.Skills & Abilities:
Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner. Knowledge of CRM systems and ERP platforms is a plus.Data analysis and interpretationForecasting and trend analysisReporting and presentationAttention to detailCollaboration and communication
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching within the office environment. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs (e.g., office supplies, small equipment). Visual acuity to review detailed data and reports on screens and in print.
