Job Description The Director of Engagement will lead UT Health Austin's digital strategy across four core areas: Search (SEO/Paid Media), Web (Adobe Experience Manager), CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Social/Digital Advertising. This role is responsible for creating a cohesive, data-driven digital experience that drives patient engagement and growth. Responsibilities
Own and integrate digital strategy across SEO/SEM, websites (AEM), CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and paid/social channels.
Lead website strategy, content governance, and performance optimization within Adobe Experience Manager.
Oversee CRM strategy, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience in healthcare marketing.
4-7 years of progressively responsible experience in digital marketing, web/content management or related fields. Strong working knowledge across multiple digital channels (Search, Web/AEM, Social/Paid). Preferred Requirements
Proven ability to operate withing a fast-paced, startup-style environment within a larger organization.
