Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Lead and Sales Generator Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will be responsible for processing a targeted list of 1,000 companies to identify, verify, and document key contact names and email addresses for our executive team's follow-up. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in lead generation, data entry, market research, or a similar administrative/sales support role, strong internet research skills, high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and more listed below. Efficiently navigate a curated list of 1,000 companies to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders. Contact Verification:
Locate and verify accurate contact information, specifically names, titles, and professional email addresses. Database Management:
Input and organize gathered data accurately into Excel, Google Sheets, or a CRM platform to ensure it is clean and ready for outreach. Progress Tracking:
Meet daily/weekly data collection milestones to ensure the timely completion of the 1,000-company project. Requirements and Qualifications Proven experience in lead generation, data entry, market research, or a similar administrative/sales support role. Strong internet research skills utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, or company directories, or relatable skills preferred. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to data integrity. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
