Job Description

Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned) The Marketing Analyst provides the framework to convert potential sales into actual sales and ensures completed customer contracts submitted by channel partners are fully processed both within the marketing team and also throughout the greater organization. Job Responsibilities Ensure all channel partners have the information and materials required to complete sales (primarily pricing, contracts, credit requirements, and third-party verification scripts) Ensure all sales submitted by channel partners are processed properly including completed handoffs to other areas of the organization (primarily Credit, Supply, Enrollments, Commissions and Welcome Packets) Coordinate resolution for issues that require special handling Communicate and collaborate with channel partners as needed to support sales growth Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, leading efforts to take corrective action when necessary Mine, manage and analyze large amounts of complex data Provide relevant reporting information on sales and portfolio performance Suggest strategic plans to respond to market and portfolio changes Identify opportunities for process improvement, recommend change and support implementation for process enhancements Partner with IT and other departments to facilitate system and process improvements Lead special projects to address pressing business needs Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in related field required. 1-2 years of relevant work experience Prior experience with deregulated energy preferred Previous experience in any field that requires a high level of data accuracy Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database applications, Salesforce.com, Intelometry Ability to work independently and as a team member Excellent task management skills, results-oriented with a strong work ethic, and demonstrated attention to detail. Candidates must have exceptional attention to detail and be able to complete complicated processes with high accuracy Salary Range $48,756.84 - $69,478.49
