Compensation:

This position is responsible for functioning as an internal consultant and program manager in a broad range of marketing, strategy, product development, customer loyalty, internal operations, and business development initiatives; working with leadership, project staff, and inter-departmental staff/management teams to define objectives and identify key issues for each assignment; overseeing project work of other team members and synthesizing results into actionable insights, implications, and management recommendations; and involved in the implementation of new initiatives. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree plus 4 years marketing research, consulting, or planning experience OR 8 years marketing research, consulting, or planning experience. Knowledge of financial and statistical analysis and interpretation, survey design, market segmentation analysis, consumer research, and psychographic market research concepts. Conceptual, quantitative and qualitative research and analytic skills. Knowledge of key software packages (word processing, data management, spreadsheet, statistical analysis and presentation) and experience with corporate programming languages (SAS, SPSS, among others). Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization, problem solving and communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects concurrently. Initiative and persistence, with ability to meet deadlines. Ability to interact with staff/management across multiple departments. PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Presentation and group facilitation aptitude. Ability to lead and mentor other staff, as appropriate. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or Psychology. Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Psychology. Experience in a healthcare payor environment. Subject matter expert in Medicare, STARS and CAHPS. This position is expected to adhere to HCSC's hybrid FLEX policy of 3 days in office/wk at one of the listed locations. Compensation:
