Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team in Newport News, Virginia. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about analyzing market trends and contributing to the development of impactful strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives and preparing proposals for government contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry innovations to support marketing plans.
- Analyze and interpret data from diverse sources, such as government databases, market reports, and industry publications.
- Collaborate with the marketing and proposal teams to integrate research findings into strategic deliverables.
- Assist in the development and review of government proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
- Monitor government procurement portals for updates and new opportunities.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of research materials and proposal-related documentation.
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns by providing actionable insights.
- Ensure all deliverables align with organizational goals and industry standards. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- At least two years of experience conducting market research, preferably in a government contracting environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with government proposal processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, along with excellent organizational and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work setting.
- Expertise in marketing analytics and market data interpretation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online research tools.
