Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Dynamics Functional Analyst to develop, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions, manage project activities, and ensure efficient execution across multiple sprints. The ideal candidate will contribute to system configuration, enhancements, and ongoing support while ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform requirements and specification reviews, including estimation of features and efforts Configure and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities, including web services, plug-ins, workflows, reporting, and integrations Participate in project stand-up meetings and provide regular status updates Manage project meetings, including organizing, leading discussions, and documenting minutes and progress Prepare and share weekly status reports and manage project communications Develop, test, and deploy functionalities across multiple sprints Escalate blocking issues in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain approvals and sign-offs on deliverables Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes Provide production support, including incident resolution and bug fixes Ensure adherence to organizational best practices and compliance standards, including GDPR, SDL, and accessibility requirements Maintain user stories and tasks within project tracking tools Required Qualifications Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), including configuration and functional support Strong understanding of CRM features such as workflows, plug-ins, integrations, and reporting Experience in requirements analysis, estimation, and solution implementation Ability to manage project activities, stakeholder communication, and reporting Experience working in Agile environments with sprint-based delivery Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, SDL, and accessibility practices Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills
