Job Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will primarily support the Marketing and Sales department through the pre-Open Enrollment season and assist in all administrative duties in the Marketing department. Key Responsibilities Assist with development and review of Medicare Annual Open Enrollment marketing materials. Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns. Assist with the creation of the imagery and content posted on VIVA HEALTH's various social media accounts. Assist with the coordination of inventory distribution and order history data. Assist with the planning and execution of yearly department training and kick-off event. Assist with the testing and quality assessments of the Medicare agent portal redesign.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: High School Diploma or GED Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to work overtime and flexible hours, as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree Experience in marketing and/or sales Proficient with Adobe Creation Suite Knowledge of social media analytics software such as Facebook Insights to track audience engagement and campaign performance Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
