Job Description

Position Summary The Marketing Design Associate is responsible for creating high-quality marketing materials that support brokerage, investment sales, landlord representation, and property management teams. This role blends strong graphic design skills with a keen attention to detail for real estate marketing deliverables. All projects will be completed in collaboration with the Creative Director and the VP of Marketing to ensure creative alignment, brand consistency, strategic direction, and timely execution. This position plays a key role in developing visually compelling materials such as Offering Memorandums, property maps, site exhibits, pitch decks, proposals, digital marketing assets and other projects as needed. The Marketing Associate also helps communicate with brand consistency and accuracy across all platforms while supporting the team's broader marketing efforts. Essential Job FunctionsMarketing Production & Brokerage Support
  • Design and produce Offering Memorandums (OMs), Property Information Brochures (PIBs), teasers, investment summaries, and acquisition packages
  • Create Brokerage Pricing Opinions (BPOs), listing proposals, master broker packages, and RFQ/RFP responses
  • Develop pitch decks and sales presentations for business development and client presentations
  • Prepare property tour packages and relocation materials
  • Assist with request for financing packages and acquisition summaries
  • Design print and digital advertisements for listings and campaigns
  • Produce promotional marketing materials such as postcards, signage, presentation boards, and custom handouts
  • Work within corporate brand standards and marketing templates
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and refine brokerage templates and marketing systems Mapping, Site Plans & Exhibits
  • Create high-quality site maps, aerial overlays, and trade area maps for marketing materials
  • Trace parcels and property boundaries using aerial imagery and survey documents
  • Develop clean, professional marketing exhibits from floor plans and surveys
  • Edit and enhance property floor plans for use in marketing and presentations
  • Prepare site exhibits for leasing and investment marketing packages
  • Translate broker notes, surveys, and technical documents into clear, client-ready visuals Listing & Database Management
  • Maintain and update property listings across platforms including CoStar, LoopNet, CREXi, Catylist, and Colliers.com
  • Coordinate with property managers to verify square footage, tenant information, and occupancy data
  • Assist with website updates, including employee bios, headshots, press releases, and market reports
  • Support social media content creation using brand consistency and compliance Photography & Digital Content
  • Capture and edit property photography as needed for marketing materials and listings
  • Edit and enhance employee headshots and internal photography
  • Assist with the design and layout of internal newsletters and market reports
  • Create email marketing campaigns and digital property announcements Required Software & Technical Expertise Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong working knowledge of the following:
  • Adobe InDesign
  • advanced layout design for Offering Memorandums, proposals, and other long-form marketing documents
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • aerial manipulation, image editing, advanced mapping, parcel tracing, site exhibits, and property photo enhancement
  • Canva
  • graphic design for marketing collateral, social media graphics, and presentation layouts
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • vector graphic creation
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • PDF editing, document packaging, and file optimization
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • broker pitch decks and presentation formatting
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Word and Excel for content development and data integration
  • Experience preparing print-ready files (including bleeds, crop marks, and CMYK formatting)
  • Familiarity with GIS platforms (Arc
GIS, QGIS
) or Google Earth Pro preferred but not required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven production in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple brokers and teams

  • Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant graphic design or marketing experience
  • Portfolio required, including examples of long-form document layouts and marketing materials (mapping or site exhibit samples are a plus) Physical & Work Environment Requirements
