RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting the company's social media presence by creating content and managing all of its platforms (Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok) ; keeping accounts relevant, innovative, and engaging. Ensuring consistent and professional brand messaging across all marketing initiatives. Coordinating, editing, and posting in-house videos Collaborating with other departments to achieve marketing objectives Develop and help execute influencer-driven campaigns with social media creators and influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Source, identify and recruit creators and influencers that align with our client's brand values Support manager to develop contracts for sponsored influencer partnerships Build relationships with creators, influencers, managers, and agents Coordinate campaign deliverables, handle talent communication and share creative briefs with influencers and creators Track performance of influencer content for reporting purposes Stay on the cutting-edge of trends across social, especially on TikTok and Instagram Participate during team brainstorms and campaign ideation Other duties and/or projects as assigned SHIFT • 3 days a week required in the office • Required Experience Minimum of 2 years of social media management for a brand, personality, and/or media company Professional portfolio of past and current content created, specifically copywriting and social media activities across multiple platforms required Marketing/PR experience preferred We look forward to hearing from you!'
