Office Manager / Marketing Assistant Pinnacle Petroleum, Inc - 3.8 Huntington Beach, CA Job Details Full-time $25 - $27 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Office supply management Staff supervision Space planning Office activity coordination Recruiting Newsletters (communication methods) Productivity software Marketing operations Office record organization Full Job Description Job Description Office Manager/Marketing Assistant • Contract & Bid support o Assist with research and pursuit of new bids and creation of bid checklists, proposal documents, FOIA requests, bid review, when necessary Review new bids with Contracts Manager If bid is viable, create a bid checklist and add to the Pipeline Report o Support Senior Supply Chain manager with creation and analysis of bid freight sheets, Best Buy, pricing, and Daily Quote report when necessary o Research and source fuel suppliers and distributors for bids Register as a vendor on procurement websites. o Assist with market research Attend weekly commercial/marketing meetings • Dispatch Support o Manage transmix and E-III Fire Training Fluid deliveries o Support Dispatch operations when needed (demurrage, DESC, etc.) • Business Development Support and Manage Construction Projects o Monitor Construct Connect website for new bids and email generic proposals to potential customers. Monitor bid portals, including Bid Prime, and assist in preparing submissions for government and commercial contracts. o Research upcoming construction projects online, reach out to prime bidders and send company information and pricing, track project/award status, manage construction contracts o Create all graphic marketing materials for proposals, business presentations, reports, and digital marketing content (i.e. Linked In, newsletters, employee appreciation) o Support Senior Supply Chain Manager with weekly market update email o Prepare spot quotes as needed for spot customers and construction leads • Recruiting & HR Support o Post and manage job openings, screen applicants, and conduct phone interview and schedule additional interviews; conduct reference checks o Assist with employee with onboarding and equipment setup • Office Admin & IT Operations o Oversee all office administration, maintenance, necessary services; act as back up for office ordering o Coordinate employee appreciation events for staff (employee bonding, special events, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.) o Maintain company website o Register as a vendor on procurement websites. o Manage Bingo o Post relevant articles to social media i.e., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 1.
Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Good time management and multitasking skills. 3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media vehicles 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Able to work independently and within a team.
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
