Description:
A well-established wholesale furniture brand is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Design & Marketing Administrative Assistant. In this entry-level role, you will work under the guidance of the Brand Manager and VP of Design. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Qualifications:
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Teams)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow within a creative team
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
  • Experience in home furnishings, furniture showrooms, and/or interior design a plus
  • Must be able to travel at least twice a year to assist with tradeshow setup in North Carolina (April & October)
  • Ability to produce social media content a plus
  • Ability to prepare short product videos for website or social media
  • Knowledge of AI and how to use it to streamline and create efficiencies a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Brand Manager and VP of Design with general design and marketing tasks, brand outreach, and special consumer & showroom sales projects
  • Create PowerPoint presentations to convey design concepts while ensuring brand consistency
