Job Overview Adriana's is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing and Media Assistant to join our fast-paced team in Irvine, CA. Key Responsibilities Paid Media and Earned Media Coordination Coordinate execution of media buys across various platforms (radio, TV, print, OOH, online). Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, ensuring smooth delivery of services and campaign goals. Send traffic instructions, maintain logs for commercials and ads, and track deliverables to completion. Monitor campaign performance, address discrepancies, and provide recommendations for improvement. Organize interviews and events, including scheduling talent, makeup artists, and production teams. Coordinate logistics for press appearances and promotional activities.
Administrative and Marketing Support:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and target demographics. Maintain organized records of contracts, proposals, and vendor files (digital and hard copies). Prepare reports, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns. Collaborate on advertising strategies and develop creative ideas for commercials and promotions. Keep internal teams informed on campaign updates, promotions, and media changes. Organizational Excellence:
Manage schedules, deadlines, and project logistics for marketing initiatives. Effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Use project management tools to organize and track tasks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role, ideally with exposure to media buying. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools Familiarity with research methods using data analytics software Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in spreadsheets, marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and project management platforms. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
