We specialize in connecting local employers with local talent. We are currently seeking a Front Office & Marketing Administrator for a contracting company in Azusa .
JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: Answer and route incoming calls for front office and marketing. Greet clients and provide front desk support. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments. Order and maintain office supplies and inventory. Maintain office equipment including copiers and mailing machines. Support daily operations across multiple departments. Track and update marketing leads and reports. Communicate with clients via phone and email for follow-ups. Monitor website content and report updates daily. Assist with creating marketing materials using Canva. Support lead generation through outbound calls and emails. Assist with Google Review program and client feedback. Maintain organized records and documentation. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience: Experience in administrative support or marketing preferred. Experience with Canva is highly preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Comfortable speaking with clients and conducting follow-ups. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Temp-to-Hire Schedule:
Monday•Friday from 8:00am•5:00pm
Pay Rate:
$25•$26/hour (Depending on experience)
