Job Description
Our Concord team is expanding, and we're bringing on a full-time Sales and Marketing Assistant to support a telecommunications campaign focused on driving customer acquisition and increasing brand visibility. As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you'll be working directly with customers across the Concord market - introducing services, generating interest, and helping convert those interactions into sales. This is a fully onsite role where the Sales and Marketing Assistant is involved in both marketing execution and sales performance from day one. Sales and Marketing Assistant Key Responsibilities Represent a telecommunications brand during in-person outreach and customer interactions throughout Concord Initiate conversations with customers to build interest and create new sales opportunities Present services, promotions, and product options in a way that is clear and easy to follow Support the sales process by guiding customers through decisions and next steps Contribute to marketing efforts by maintaining consistent brand visibility in targeted areas Track customer interactions and results to support overall campaign performance Work alongside other Sales and Marketing Assistant team members to maintain steady sales output Perks & Benefits of this Sales and Marketing Assistant Role Entry level experience in both sales and marketing within a real campaign environment Opportunity to work with a nationally recognized brand Weekly pay with uncapped commission incentives tied to individual sales performance 401(k) eligibility for full-time employees Local travel opportunities to support market research and expansion efforts Team nights and events tied to performance and team success Sales and Marketing Assistant Ideal Qualifications Entry level role - no prior experience required to apply!
