We're looking for a dedicated Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant to help ensure orders run smoothly, support customer service, assist with marketing efforts, and improve day-to-day efficiency so we can expand our accounts, respond more quickly, and minimize delays. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to support both sales operations and brand growth. What you'll do Enter and track orders in OMS/Shopify; communicate ETAs and tracking updates. Maintain basic inventory accuracy using OMS/Shopify and Excel. Support customer service with order follow-up, communication, and day-to-day account needs. Keep price lists and product information current. Prepare the showroom for meetings by making sure samples are returned, organized, and new products are displayed. Create labels and tag items for style-outs; manage and organize the sample library. Assist with trade show sample preparation and occasionally attend events, including pulling samples for new or missing SKUs. Follow up after email blasts and help track responses or customer interest. Assist with Shopify product updates, basic website maintenance, and merchandising. Support social media coordination by helping organize content, product launches, and marketing calendars. Assist with email marketing campaigns, including promotions, customer outreach, and product announcements. Help maintain marketing assets, sales materials, and retailer resources. Support internal organization and help keep projects moving efficiently across teams. What you'll bring 1+ year of experience in sales support, customer service, administration, operations, ecommerce, or marketing support. Strong Excel skills, including sorting, filters, and basic formulas. Comfortable working in Shopify, OMS systems, or able to learn quickly. Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with both sales and creative teams. Wholesale experience preferred. Nice to have Consumer Packaged Goods, gift, toy, or pet industry experience. Familiarity with retailer routing guides and EDI. Experience with social media platforms, Shopify, Canva, Klaviyo, or email marketing tools. Interest in branding, ecommerce, or product marketing. Compensation Compensation is based on experience. $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
