Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain the one drive for marketing materials Maintain the dealer assets folder and add new things as needed Event planning Assist in the creation of new marketing items such as Softub apparel, promotional items and booth/show items to add to our existing marketing inventory for sales, marketing and dealer needs. Maintain Analytics reports Update and maintain dealer records within our systems, such as constant contact, dealer finder, event finder and mysoftubs. Create and maintain databases of dealer assets, such as logos, forms, contact information, etc. on OneDrive Update and maintain marketing calendar Assist Marketing as needed on special projects Qualifications- Professional demeanor Organized and reliable Ability to learn and apply Marketing/Promotional strategies Desire for an entry Level opportunity with Management goals Knowledge of Microsoft Office required Knowledge of ZOHO and Constant Contact a plus
