MATT Construction, the General Contractor that built such iconic structures as The Broad Museum and Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, is seeking an Marketing Associate. About the Role We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support both the Marketing Production Manager and VP of Business Development. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in marketing while contributing to a dynamic team focused on strategic initiatives, project pursuits, and brand development. You'll help coordinate day-to-day marketing and business development activities—from proposal creation and market research to content development and analytics reporting. Requirements:

Maintain and audit marketing databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client, project, lead, and personnel information Assist in the creation of RFP/RFQ responses using Adobe InDesign Support analytics reporting and dashboard upkeep Help produce digital brochures, presentations, award submissions, project cut sheets, and resumes Keep company marketing materials and databases organized, current, and accessible Provide administrative support including scheduling events, researching potential clients/consultants, and data entry Develop and schedule content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) Assist in proposal writing and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives Support the team in adopting AI tools to improve marketing efficiency. Share updates on AI trends and suggest ways to apply them in proposals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of marketing experience, internship experience will be considered Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office; CRM WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics and Power BI experience is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a flexible, can-do attitude Desired Skills Self-motivated and curious—eager to learn and grow Able to work independently and take initiative Strategic thinker who considers customer needs and market trends Comfortable streamlining processes and adapting to feedback Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical internal clients Strong visual and graphic sensibility is a plus
