This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and customer service. As an integral part of our management team, you will be empowered to inspire staff, optimize daily workflows, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards. Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to enhance performance and teamwork. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and compliance with food safety regulations. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering supplies proactively to meet demand. Supervise kitchen activities including food production, culinary procedures, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Handle shift management duties by scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and resolving operational issues promptly. Support customer service excellence by addressing guest concerns swiftly and professionally. Assist with budgeting tasks, including cost control measures related to food handling and labor expenses. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all restaurant areas, emphasizing food safety practices. Participate in interviewing potential team members to build a talented workforce aligned with our service philosophy. Contribute to the training & development of staff on food handling, culinary techniques, and hospitality best practices. Experience Proven management experience within the food service industry, preferably in quick service & fast food or casual dining settings. Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on team management and staff development. Strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, and culinary operations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Touch Bistro POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a restaurant environment. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations related to food handling and sanitation. Previous roles involving shift management, customer service excellence, and restaurant operations are highly desirable. Hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus for understanding guest expectations at a high level of service quality. Join us to lead with energy!
