In this role, you'll work closely with our Marketing & Communications Manager to develop impactful social media strategies, create engaging content, and support marketing operations. What you'll do Create engaging social media posts, stories, and videos aligned with Encore Events Rentals' brand Design eye-catching graphics using tools like Canva and Photoshop Express Support styled shoots with creative input and logistical assistance Schedule and optimize posts using social media management tools Respond professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries To stand out you'll need to Have a High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred Have a minimum of 1 year marketing experience required Have a minimum 1 year event industry experience preferred Proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Have strong organizational skills, and communication skills Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel) Company Benefits Flexible work schedule Monday - Friday, 20-24 hours per week Competitive pay ranging from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour DOE 401(k) Plan with a 6% employer match Monthly Employee Appreciation Meals Monthly Company Raffles Encore Events Rentals, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
