Our Work Environment Modern office setting Client-focused culture—our clients are always our top priority Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and cross-training within the arts Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic work environment and enjoys managing a variety of projects. Our clientele consists of discerning luxury clients, so exceptional customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns through WIX, including creating, scheduling, and distributing newsletters. Update website content and manage data collections within WIX or a similar website platform. Assist with website maintenance and content management. Manage and update Google Business Profile listings. Utilize Google Workspace tools to support daily operations. Assist with the creation of marketing analytics and performance reports. Provide administrative support for marketing and organizational initiatives. Prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Ideal Candidate Enjoys a structured yet varied workload. Can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Demonstrates flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills, particularly within various areas of the arts. Works well independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Experience with WIX (or a similar website platform) and Adobe Photoshop is highly desirable. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional experience in marketing, website management, or a related support role. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and best practices. Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred but Not Required Previous experience in marketing, arts administration, or related fields is preferred; however, we are primarily seeking a motivated individual with administrative experience who is eager to learn, grow professionally, and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
