We are seeking a Marketing & Lead Generation Associate to join our team. This role is focused on calling provided lead lists, sparking interest in insurance products, and connecting qualified prospects with a licensed insurance professional. This is a pay-per-lead position, offering you the ability to earn based on your work ethic and success. For motivated individuals, this role is also a foot in the door to a long-term career in the insurance industry with the opportunity to grow into an Insurance Advisor role.

Salary Range:

Responsibilities Call leads from provided lists to generate interest in insurance products (auto, home, life, and more). Qualify prospects and seamlessly transfer them to a licensed insurance professional. Follow scripts and proven methods to increase lead success rates. Accurately track and report activity and lead outcomes. Maintain a professional, positive, and resilient attitude when handling rejection.
