We are seeking a tenacious and creative Real Estate Marketing Associate to drive lead generation through a hybrid of traditional outreach and modern marketing methods.
Location:
Fairfield County, CT Key Responsibilities:
Direct Lead Generation:
Conduct proactive outreach through targeted correspondence to identify potential tenants and buyers Leverage CoStar and other lead services to research and secure new business Cultivate referrals and tap into our vast network of existing relationships to expand our brokerage pipeline Conduct in-person canvassing where appropriate Access our best-in-class CRM tools to organize & automate outreach Explore & assess new areas of lead generation and execute as appropriate
Digital & Social Strategy:
Optimize our website for high conversion and implement strategies to drive inbound leads Manage Google My Business profile to ensure local search visibility & curated presence Launch and manage social campaigns, including LinkedIn messaging and Instagram initiatives to engage our target audience Create and send high-impact email and text blasts to our internal database
Marketing & Collateral:
Execute full-cycle marketing campaigns from concept to deployment & analysis Coordinate physical collateral, including signage and targeted mailers

Requirements:
Technical Proficiency:
Experience with CRM platforms and social media management tools. Knowledge of CoStar is a plus.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the confidence to handle professional outreach.
Design Savvy:
A keen eye for brand identity and the ability to produce polished, high-end marketing packages.
Persistence:
A "hunter" mindset with the resilience required for consistent prospecting and business development.
Integrity:
An unwavering dedication to putting our clients' needs first and following through on projects & commitments.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
