Job Description

Insurance Solutions & More LLC is looking for a tech-savvy Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. We specialize in Medicare, Life, and Annuities and need someone to help manage our client relationships and modern marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation:
Use Canva to design eye-catching social media advertisements and posts for Medicare, Life, and Annuity campaigns.
Lead Generation & Funnels:
Build and manage Agent CRM funnels to capture and nurture leads effectively.
CRM Management:
Organize incoming lead data, ensuring all "digitally generated" clients are tracked and followed up with promptly.
Bilingual Support:
Provide professional assistance to both English and Spanish-speaking clients regarding their insurance needs.
Office Coordination:
Handle scheduling, digital filing, and general administrative tasks to keep the agency running smoothly.
Requirements:
Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Creative Tech Skills:
Proficiency in Canva (or a strong willingness to learn) and high comfort with web-based platforms.
Systems Mindset:
Experience with (or interest in) CRM systems and sales funnels.
Detail-Oriented:
Ability to manage data accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
