We are looking for a team member who is: A proactive thinker with a strong interest in design and the built environment Able to take initiative in managing day-to-day responsibilities while contributing to broader team goals Enthusiastic about collaborating with team members and offering thoughtful solutions with a positive attitude Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Capable of exercising sound judgment while balancing deadlines and long-term priorities Do you have? A bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Prior internship or office experience in marketing or communications Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Familiarity with content creation, social media platforms, or design tools (preferred) An interest in storytelling, branding, and the design industry Job responsibilities will include: Developing marketing materials including presentations, project pages, resumes, and qualification packages Providing CRM updates and coordination with company, contact and opportunity tracking. Assisting in writing content for publications, newsletters, and digital communications Contributing to social media content creation and ongoing marketing initiatives Assisting with website content updates across key sections Supporting the planning and coordination of conferences and industry events Supporting additional marketing and business development efforts as needed
