Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to oversee the digital presence and marketing strategies of our corporate brand and three business divisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, coordinating external marketing agencies, overseeing advertising campaigns, responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels, and developing innovative marketing strategies supported by Artificial Intelligence tools. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and execute marketing strategies for the corporate brand and three affiliated businesses. Coordinate and supervise external marketing agencies responsible for advertising, branding, and content creation. Plan, schedule, and oversee content publishing across all social media and digital platforms. Monitor and respond to messages, comments, inquiries, and leads received through: Facebook Instagram Facebook Marketplace LinkedIn Google Business Profile Company websites WhatsApp and other digital communication channels Manage and optimize advertising campaigns through Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms. Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare regular performance reports. Generate innovative ideas and initiatives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Implement Artificial Intelligence tools and automation solutions to improve marketing efficiency and customer engagement. Coordinate website updates, digital content, promotional materials, and online brand presence. Develop strategic marketing plans to support business growth and revenue objectives. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
