Social Media Marketing Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns across various platforms, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering strong relationships with our online community. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics to drive meaningful engagement and support overall business objectives. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer. Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment and industry trends. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search visibility. Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and engagement. Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community growth and brand loyalty. Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Stay updated on latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Requirements Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer (application). Experience with Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Web analytics, SEO, keyword research, and video editing. Ability to craft engaging content tailored for different platforms while maintaining brand voice. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of branding principles, public relations strategies, e-commerce integration, and relationship management techniques. Familiarity with photography and video editing is a plus. Strong analytical skills to interpret data insights for continuous improvement of campaigns. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred but not required.
