Prestigious Global Real Estate Developer and Investment Firm in Miami Florida is searching for a Highly Intelligent and Motivated Marketing Assistant for Luxury New Development Projects! We are searching for an experienced, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant for New Development projects including luxury condominiums and multi-family properties in Miami Florida. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in design and marketing decisions, pre-development planning, on-site sales office environments, and market analysis within a high-growth luxury portfolio. The Qualifications of the Marketing Assistant are as follows: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Design, or Business is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in real estate marketing and/or new residential developments. Demonstrated experience in pre-development planning, on-site sales office and models, and comprehensive market analysis. Real Estate salesperson license is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint) and various Social Media platforms. Proficient across tech suites from Apple, Google, and Microsoft (e.g., Keynote, Docs, and Excel). Strong working knowledge of creative design software such as InDesign and Photoshop is preferred. Skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal, writing, and grammatical skills, with the ability to facilitate and manage key relationships. Meticulous attention to detail with proven time management and prioritization skills to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with client/account management, real estate marketing, and/or luxury brands is a big plus. The Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant are as follows: 1. Creative Branding & Launch Campaigns Assist with the marketing and creative branding launch campaigns of new luxury condominium developments and luxury multi-family developments in coordination with creative agencies. Assist with the advertising direction, social media strategy, public relations, and collateral material design and production. Coordinate creative assets, photography, renderings, and media spend across all existing and new developments in the portfolio. 2. Sales, Leasing & Marketing Initiatives Assist in day-to-day sales initiatives, strategic alignment, and overall marketing of residential developments. Support ongoing marketing and leasing activities for the company's multi-family rental assets. 3. Project Coordination & Quality Control Assist in complex construction project coordination, quality control efforts, project scheduling, and building material procurement. Facilitate and manage professional relationships across development teams, clients, and external accounts. 4. Budget & Timeline Tracking Assist in tracking and monitoring the company's marketing budgets. Keep close track of key timelines and milestones critical to New Development projects.
