This position is located in Miramar, FL.Intern - Field MarketingSummaryThe Marketing Intern Field Marketing Operations supports the execution of field marketing programs, events, and campaigns that drive brand awareness, partner engagement, and sales support. This role provides hands-on experience in B2B field marketing operations, including event coordination, campaign support, logistics, and reporting.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing field marketing events such as trade shows, customer events, partner activations, webinars, and hospitality events.
Support event logistics including attendee list management, registration tracking, shipping and receiving marketing materials, and on-site event support.
Prepare event kits, signage, badges, giveaways, and branded materials.
Assist with execution of regional and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
Support co-marketing initiatives with strategic alliance partners.
Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and marketing assets.
Assist with post-event follow-up activities and internal communications.
Support inventory management of marketing materials and swag.
Assist with expense tracking, documentation, and receipt organization.
Support post-event recaps, reporting, and campaign ROI tracking.
Education and Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Previous internship, marketing coursework, or campus organization involvement preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsWhat UDT offers youJoin us and be part of an inclusive, energizing, and collaborative environment.
