Marketing Intern

Position Summary :

The Marketing Intern will support the team by tracking the performance of marketing initiatives and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement. The intern will conduct weekly competitive surveys of a minimum of three nearby communities and present key insights to the team. The Marketing Intern will assist in the preparation and execution of at least two community events or sales initiatives, while supporting model home presentation and overall brand standards. The program will be in session from June 8 - July 31 and based in Orlando, FL.

Job Duties :

General Responsibilities:

Develop a strong working knowledge of the new home sales process. Support lead management activities and assist with CRM reporting and data accuracy. Analyze marketing performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Conduct competitive market research to provide actionable insights. Contribute to enhancing the customer experience and support overall sales efforts.

Learning Opportunities:

Gain an understanding of how Sales and Marketing collaborate, including the full lifecycle of new home sales. Receive direct exposure to the sales environment through shadowing experienced representatives while supporting model home management. Participate in small-scale project management opportunities with measurable outcomes, providing hands-on experience and supporting professional growth. Key Qualifications Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive experience. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Coachable with a willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.

Special Projects:

Interns will actively participate in projects within their team and department, contributing to real business initiatives throughout the program. In addition, each intern will be responsible for completing a final project at the end of the internship, showcasing the skills, knowledge, and insights they have gained, as well as highlighting their contributions to the organization.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this role is $15.00-$20.00, with wages paid on a bi-weekly basis.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary position. Requires the ability to hear, type and talk. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. The primary work location is a corporate office with low to moderate noise levels. Appropriate business apparel and professional appearance are expected.
