We're looking for motivated, Marketing Assistant to help grow awareness for our brand in local communities. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives in social environments, enjoys travel, and knows how to connect with people authentically. As a key face of the brand, you'll engage directly with convenience stores, smoke shops, gas stations, and consumers to build relationships, support retail visibility, and create memorable brand experiences.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms.Field marketing research and outreach:
conduct market research, visit convenience stores, smoke shops, and gas stations to introduce and promote products Install window clings and promotional materials to increase brand awareness Build strong relationships with store owners and staff Engage with store staff to educate and promote Grabba Leaf products Assist with merchandising optimization and in-store product visibility Work closely with customers to strengthen brand relationships and gather feedback for campaign optimization. Collect and organize marketing and sales-related data Report on promotional activities, store visits, and campaign performance Provide feedback and recommendations to improve marketing initiatives Support the development and management of digital advertising efforts. Use marketing software to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports. Assist with the coordination of marketing events, including logistics and customer engagement. Representing the brand at local events and activations Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives as needed. Attend team meetings, trainings, and field check-ins Collaborate with leadership and fellow team members to hit outreach goals Bring energy, ideas, and positivity to the team culture Any other duties as assignedQualifications:
Associate's degree or higher in Marketing, or business-related field. 1 + years' experience of field marketing and in office environment. Travel required Experience with marketing campaigns across various platforms Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software. Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign tracking. What We're Looking For- Strong Communication Skills
