15-20 per week About the Role We're looking for a creative, curious, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team this season. This is a hands-on opportunity to build real-world experience in content creation, digital marketing, and brand development within a professional services environment. You'll work closely with our Marketing Strategy Manager and gain exposure to everything from social media and email campaigns to events and website content. If you enjoy bringing ideas to life and want to see your work actually used, this is a great place to start. What You'll Do Create, schedule, and monitor content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X Format and distribute email campaigns and newsletters Update website content using WordPress, including blog posts and landing pages Assist with content creation such as graphics, articles, and campaign materials Support event coordination and promotion (before, during, and after events) Track basic marketing metrics like engagement and email performance Help manage promotional items, including inventory and ordering Jump in on marketing and branding projects as needed What You'll Bring Strong written communication skills Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram) Experience with Canva or similar design tools High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Basic experience with WordPress Interest in AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar General understanding of marketing, communications, or branding Willingness to learn SEO and digital marketing fundamentals What You'll Gain Real, portfolio-worthy work (not just busy work) Exposure to a full marketing function inside a growing firm Experience working with tools like WordPress, email platforms, and AI tools Insight into how marketing supports business growth and client experience Mentorship and hands-on guidance from an experienced marketing leader Why Join Us We're a collaborative team that values creativity, initiative, and continuous improvement. Compensation:
