Job Summary West Palm Beach law firm is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in working with our marketing agency toward executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and support growth. Bonus opportunity for someone that drives new business to the firm! Duties Implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital channels including social media, email, and online advertising campaigns. Manage content creation and distribution for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals. Communicate regularly and effectively with outside agency to track campaign performance. Develop relationships with other businesses and individuals in the community to create and foster cross promotion Research an identify opportunities for the firm to participate in local events Experience Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, event coordination, or social media Strong communication and people skills Comfortable speaking with business owners, event organizers, and the public Organized and self-motivated Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Must be dependable and professional Must work in-house — this is not a remote or agency position Experience with video/social content creation is a major plus BASIC photography/video editing experience is a plus

Pay:

From $55,000.00 per year
