Job Description

Position Purpose:
The Associate Manager is responsible for supporting the planning of integrated initiatives while owning execution across components, timelines, and deliverables. This role ensures seamless coordination across stakeholders and partners by applying structured project management practices. Responsibilities include managing workflows, tracking milestones, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving execution against defined timelines, budgets, and performance objectives. The role oversees program execution, ensures operational excellence, and supports reporting and continuous improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
45% Campaign Management
  • Manage some components of addressable channel campaigns directly, implementing larger strategy into each plan, including bidding, targeting, channel unit/ad creation, etc. with autonomy; Help to develop and support test & learn agendas; Track and ensure channel performance standards are met or exceeded 40% Channel Management
  • Support omni-channel planning, buying/activating and reporting for all programs and campaigns with autonomy, ensuring larger strategy is implemented as part of each program and/or campaign; Involved in agency and partner management and integration into workflows 15% Organizational Alignment
  • Build relationships and handle communications and feedback loops with key internal and external stakeholders, including channel and platform partners, agencies, etc; Ensure best practices are utilized/shared; Act as an informal leader and mentor within the channel organization

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience actively managing and implementing large-scale programs and complex, cross-functional projects Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, scope, and deliverables with precision and accountability Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Sports Marketing Experience preferred
Minimum Education:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
