From engineering and design to manufacturing and field support, we help customers turn vision into reality while achieving the Lowest In-Place Concrete Cost (LIPCC). Purpose The Marketing Intern role supports EFCO's Marketing team across a variety of administrative, creative, and operational functions, contributing to the team's ability to deliver effective communications, maintain brand assets, and execute marketing initiatives with excellence. Key Responsibilities Creative and Digital Support (35%): Assist with catalog design, short-form social media video production, and YouTube channel organization, including playlist management, metadata updates, and content audits. Assist with OptiSigns platform management, including content updates, display scheduling, and basic troubleshooting to support internal and facility-facing communications. Support email creation and distribution. Administrative Support (30%): Process and reconcile credit card receipts and expense documentation. Prepare and organize translated marketing materials using Google translate to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery for review and final approval. Maintain organization and accurate inventory records for the EFCO gear store, ensuring items are properly catalogued and accessible. Content Creation Assistance (20%): Support the marketing team in the preparation, organization, and distribution of

marketing materials. Assist with content development tasks as directed, contributing to the team's ability to produce consistent, on-brand communications. Document Scanning and Digitization (15%): Scan FORM MARKS, Community Involvement Committee K-files, and other physical documents requiring digitization, ensuring files are properly named, organized, and archived for team access. Additional duties may be assigned to meet organizational goals and priorities. Qualifications Education :
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
Experience :
Prior internship or coursework-based experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role preferred.
Computer Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign), digital signage platforms, or content management tools preferred.
