Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage seeking an independent, energetic, and organized Marketing and Administrative Coordinator . This position is responsible for marketing listings and projects, as well as providing general administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate is self-driven and proactive, able to initiate tasks, follow up on projects, and consistently ensure deadlines are met. Two years of college coursework or comparable work experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Marketing, Research & Listing Support Provide research and data support for property listings and marketing materials for commercial real estate industry. Create marketing materials such as flyers, social media and maintain a database of current properties to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand standards. Help create proposals, marketing packages and evaluation of the many facets of the business. Administrative & Data Integrity Support Support general administrative needs. Assist with tracking listing expirations and status updates to ensure marketing accuracy. Assist team members with projects and operational needs as they arise. Client Communication & Front Office Backup Answer incoming calls and voicemails. Provide front office coverage. Work well with others and welcome collaboration in a team environment.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in marketing, communications, business, real estate, or related field or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Bonus:
Graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
