Founded by a transgender human, we serve companies that market to diverse demographics including the LGBTQ+, BIPOC, Disability, and Veteran population. I am seeking a co-founder to collaborate with me on growing this company and mission, and is highly skilled in all areas of marketing. You won't often be working directly with clients, just focusing on strategy for growth of the business. This is a part time role and can be done outside of 9-5 business hours, if you currently work at a company. This is more of a side-gig and will be supportive of your professional and personal schedule. Skills required Fluency in organic content including hooks, editing, Canva, and providing best tips and practices for clients that film themselves (Viral content experience preferred) Fluency in paid advertising, creating ad graphics, and setting up pixel events in both Google and Meta Fluency in GHL or Monday.com preferred Experience in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Flodesk or other email marketing platforms Sales experience required Knowledge on AI systems and implementation is highly preferred. "Perfect" knowledge and etiquette around diverse communities is not required. You will not be looked down upon if you don't have a robust knowledge about queer and trans folks. A good portfolio and a desire to learn about the populations for this role is all that is required.
